We produce a wide variety of cavas for all palates. Organic or Bio, Premium, Reserve and Brut. Choose the one that best suits your preferences or what is most appropriate for that event or celebration.

All of our cavas are produced under the appellation CAVA, and they have aging ranging from 9 months of brut to 42 months of aging of the Great Reserve.

We use the three principle varieties of Penedès: macabeu, with his aromas of the Mediterranean forest; xarel·lo, with his power allows the aging of this wine of pearls; And finally parellada, which in a small proportion gives the softness of sensations and the most fruity aromas of a cava.

The grape that predominates in our cavas is xarel·lo, which gives a special palate and character.
