Brut Cava

Aging time in bottle from 9 to 21 months. A little touch of sugar (8 grams per litter Approx.) at the disgorging time just to balance a great assemblage.

Basic data Brut Cava

Alcoholic degree:
11,5 % vol.

40% macabeu, 40% xarel·lo i 20% parellada.

Serve at 6 to 8 ºC (43-46 ºF). Ideal cava for snacks and light meals.

Tasting note Brut Cava

Pale yellow, brilliant

This cava is characterized by its aromatic fineness, with aromas of fleshy and tree fruit (apple, pear, peach).

Softness with a great elegance.
